- Cancellation requests must be made before the agreed service delivery deadline.
Cancellation by Agency
- If we are unable to provide the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client promptly and either issue a refund or offer an alternative solution.
Refund Policy
100% Refund Policy
- We generally offer a 100% refund for cancellations; however, all refund requests are subject to approval by our team.
- Approval will be based on
- The stage of the service or project at the time of cancellation.
- Costs already incurred for the project.
- The terms outlined in the service agreement.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds may not be approved if
- The service is already completed or substantially delivered.
- Resources or third-party tools have been procured specifically for the client's project.
Processing of Refunds
